Ratski - Manila is located in Malate near Robinson's Place - a large shopping mall.  For the life of me, I can't remember the exact address....not to worry, as most cab drivers and other locals know it well.

Ratski is a very upscale place among locals and you will find that it is not a tourist trap.  Most of the patrons of Ratski are filipinos out on various celebrations such as birthdays.  It is therefore not exactly a singles bar, but that doesn't mean that you can't hook up with a pretty girl.  I did once, but that was only out of maybe 8 times I have been there.  

So if you are there to meet girls, I would say to look somewhere else.  Again, most girls are there with family or friends and are not actively looking to hook up.  On the other hand, Ratski is a great place to bring a date if you have one, or just to relax if you have been sight-seeing all day.

The atmosphere is very nice with two levels.  The sound-stage is very well done also, with the finest of the Manila bands performing nightly.  It is more expensive than most places, but this is due to it's "exclusive" aura.  Ratski is basically an upscale nightclub and a place to bring a significant other for a leisurely night out.  Better than most!
